Orders and Delivery

Due to high-demand we deliver on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Orders need to be placed 2 days in advance before 12:00 noon for delivery on the days mentioned above.
Orders must be placed by 16:00 on Wednesday for Saturday delivery.
Orders must be placed by 16:00 on Sunday for Wednesday delivery.
Delivery time might vary depending on location, courier method and other factors.
You must leave a safe place for your order to be delivered.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept secure payments for UK customers only via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
We do not accept offline payments via check & direct bank deposit unless pre-agreed..
Cash on Delivery is not yet available.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your bank currency is other than GBP.

No, we do not have access to your credit card information as it`s encryoted by our payment gateway.

Our delivery charges are pre-set by our courier company. We sell some oversized items which require a specialist courier company to fulfil the delivery, there is an additional charge for these. Also, our courier company may consider some surcharge postcodes ‘Out of area’. There is an additional charge for these also.

Yes, our courier company, DPD, does offer a Saturday and Sunday delivery service.

Depends on the size of your order. Usually we would use one box for 15 meals or less.

Most of our deliveries are sent via DPD and we will send you an automated email with the tracking number of your order. You can also find the tracking number on your order in My Account.

We can only offer deliveries on day slots due to the nature of the cooking techniques and packaging requirements.

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain honestmealprep.co.uk to your safe senders list. You can also find this information in My account.

Our cut off point is 10 PM on a Sunday and 10 PM on a Wednesday/Thursday. Any order placed after 10 PM will be processed through our dispatch system on the next delivery slot.

We use DPD and Royal Mail to send most of our UK orders. Honestmealprep.co.uk reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

 

Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order. You can also find this information on our tracking page.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns. If a refund is requiered please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.

If you`ve received the wrong order/meal in error rest assured we will either resend or refund your order. Please contact us.

If your order arrived damaged we need some more information from you so we can replace or refund your order. Please contact us.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we have an automatic invoicing system. For any changes to your order, please email us immediately after placing the order. We can attempt to stop or amend your order with our dispatch team, if it is not possible, we will advise you on the next steps.
